Do the stock mufflers have alot of backpressure?
This may work against us?
The more open that exhaust is, the better the car will run on nitrous...
Also, which sparks plugs will we need to change to?
NGK TR6 is what I ran with in the C5 while spraying, but TR55 when on motor...
I hope that bottom end is built well from the factory!
My friend does durabilty testing for GM and he said the crankshaft wobbles at about 600 horse on the LS-1, so I wonder when that happens on the GS?

Mike - I guess that depends on how much more those 20's weigh compared to whatever U have now. If U go to the FAQ section & checkout my 0-60 data, when I added those 17" Enkeis, the GS slowed down a tick due to the extra unsprung weight. The 17" wheel/tire combo weighed in at about 28# whereas the stock 16's went 24#. Not much difference but it surely slowed the car down. Percy has some 17" ( I think? ) SSR's that weigh less than the 16's & he says he can really feel the difference in performance & handling. Since I'm considering selling the GS, I may wait until U install the NX kit & get some feedback from U before I step back into squeezing ( assuming I still have the car ). As far as the muffs, I'd say that the factory exhaust system is free-flowing as it comes from the factory as I didn't gain much HP when I changed to the Borlas. I'd also need to check into the heat ranges of the iridium plugs before choosing - I've found it beneficial to drop down 1 step colder to allow for the increase heat in the cylinders when spraying. Just need to play around with it.

Sasha - It's that 4 letter word called "WIFE"!! Not every lady is as understanding & involved with their husband's hobbies like Charonne. Plus, she kinda likes the SC430 & I can't afford both. So even if I sell the GS, U guys won't get rid of me that easily if we get the SC!!
No such luck, guys!!!
