For those of you that have changed your alternator and either damaged or managed to pull the wires out of the clip that goes from the harness to the alternator, I've found an easy fix! A few years back my brother changed the alternator and manged to break the clip that plugs into the alternator. So as a quick fix we crimped 3 female terminals to the wire ends and connected them to the alternator. After having a fuse issue last week (See my post titled " Another My Battery, My Alternator, My Battery and My Alternator"

Being I thought it could be the issue with the harness finally catching up I did some research and found a direct plug and play pigtail from this company: Pigtail cost 10,00 and all you have to do is connect the three wires from the harness to the clip.

Hope this helps you guys/gals out!

If you mean the voltage regulator plug, then with the release push tab on the plug facing you this is the order: WHITE on the left, RED in the middle, PINK on the right

I find in repairing connectors; that it is much easier and quicker to just replace the broken plastic connector and leave the female leads intact and push them in the new connector, Toyota # 90980-11349 for the alternator.

I bought a replacement for the alternator since it failed using an affordable alternator testing device and the vehicle turning off when disconnecting the battery while it was running.
The Autozone lady didn’t have the first option in stock which for the 2010 RX350 was the 11326, and since the next one is similar and had a dollar difference gave me the 11325.
After installation, the alternator testing device still wouldn’t pass. Tested on another vehicle thinking maybe the “pass” LED light went out and nope it was working. Returned to Autozone to return the old alternator for the core charge and this time another employee noticed I was given the Japanese version and asked if I had the car imported which I don’t think so, bought it used but looking at the VIN number starting with a 2 it’s definitely not built in Japan or else would have started with J.
Again took out the “new” alternator to swap and with the 11326 worked perfectly!!!
