Default New Battery ... car immobilized ?

I got under the hood to try and diagnose a parasitic amp draw. MY AGM battery was down to 3 Volts so I swapped in a cheapo Wally World battery to do teh amp draw testing. I connects positive first then negative.

Car started blaring horn constantly, and all 4 turn lamps were on constantly. Tried key in lock, key in ignition, unlock on fob ... nada

I had the weak battery on a charger and swapped that back in it was up to 6 volts. Car strated beep beep beep honking and turn signals flashed. Key in ignition stoped all of it but battery could nor turn car or run any functions.

Hooked up jumpers from good battery (12.39 V on the meter) again constant horn, constant turn signals, nothing worked to turn it off.

Any Ideas ?

Thats strange, I have a 2000 GS300 (with 2jzgte engine) and when I take my battery terminal off and put it back, the alarm system doesn't go off and doesnt reset my key fob connection with my vehicle.
So I im pretty sure whats happening to you is not normal. Can you check your main battery connections for voltage drop and make sure your key fob is working properly because you should be able to press the unlock button to stop the alarm from going off.

Make sure it's not the alternator that's sucking dry the battery. I've read many cases where the battery would be sucked dry due to the alternator.

I checked all the connections and eveerything seemed OK.
Battery voltage is 12.2V, jsut to be sure I trickled it up to 12.5 overnight.
Parasitic Draw test showed nothing.

Tried again this morning, car powers up, no alarm, dash lights up, lights work.
Radio does not start up anymore (Pioneer Avic D3)
I hear the fuel pump initialize when key turned to ON

Turn key to start and nothing, no clicks, no other sounds>

I replaced the Starter Relay, tried to start in Neutral same thing on start no clicks, no cranking no nothing

I'm kinda lost now.

Ok, are you able to test if the relevant voltages are going to and from the starter relay? also as you crank, get some one to check the voltage on the starter solenoid. Also are the fuses ok?
Heres a wiring diagram for the starter circuit.
