Hi!
Just get bask from dealership. In the brand new silver/gray perforated leather ML/NAV GS430. Traded me old GS300 '99. They sold me new GS for 48000 +free 15k miles service +free clear bra +$500 coupon. And for my old vehicle they gave me $30870. Pretty good deal huh?

My little secret was in my trade-in. I bought this GS300 '99 as CPO just little over a year ago. And two weeks ago I tried to trade my GS3 for brand new GS430. Unfortunately for dealership they discovered that my car was repainted. I never did any paint or bodywork with it. So I went to bodyshop and ask them for complete inspection. They found that all driver side of the car was replaced and frame is displaced for 6 mm. After that was a fun part. I submitted complain to BBB. After 15 minutes I recieved call from dealership GM. He offered me anything what I want in order to resolve this issue. I wasn't greedy. Just asked them to refund full price of the vehicle that I paid to them, plus tax, plus inspection costs, plus free 15k service and free clear bra. After that I used my $500 coupon. And asked invoice price for their car. After very little negotiations they accepted my offer.
Bottom line is - if you bying used car, have it checked by your machanic. Even if it CPO. If you got wrecked CPO - they will buy it back from you. Lexus does care about his reputation. Lexus customer service is not very helpful, but if you willing to go little further - they will negotiate. BBB really works.
