Check Engine Light (o2) extinguished on its own
2004 GS300
I bought my car with 132K on it. I purchased it with the check engine light on and the seller showed me that it was the oxygen sensors. I worked at an auto parts store at the time so I bought the sensors. Life got in the way and I never got around to installing them. They just sat in my garage. I've been traveling more for the past three years on the highway for a new job. I more often switch to manual mode and drop the gear to raise the RPM's to pass. I guess I must have blown out the carbon build up because I am now at 175k and the check engine light went out a few weeks ago. It's been running great. Just FYI.... don't forget to rev out every now and then.
