Default taller tires in the back ?

hello everyone ... my 98 gs400 curing have 350z 18" wheels on right now and with 235/45/18 all around , but the rear tires are worn out and i want to go with 235/50taller/18 for the rear... is there any problem fi i go with taller tires in the rear?

There's another thread in here that talks about how the ABS can get screwed up by a tire circumference mismatch between front and rear. You'd have to check that thread to see if the difference you mention is enough to cause a problem.

It'll probably fit. But why the heck do you have/want such huge tires? 235/45 is already oversized.

Should fit fine but keep the front and rear within 3% of each other. Luckily this is a RWD platform because if you tried that with awd you would have serious issues.
