Whats the code?

Most likely its the purge valve, a $20 part on ebay. The canister rarely goes out, its the valve that is exposed to the elements to where it gets stuck open or closed.

Sounds like the Idle Air Control Valve (P0505)...the charcoal canister code pops up a lot many times could be something as simple as your gas cap. Dealer wanted $800 to replace my charcoal canister (for the second time) and I just waited and the code went away.

Default P0441 & P0446 on 1999 Lexus GS400

Same here...I also get...
- P0441 - Evaporative Emission Control System Incorrect Purge Flow
- P0446* [Pending] - Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction

My 1999 Lexus GS400 will get a new purge valve (90910-12109, vacuum switching valve).
Thanks to ALL for the thread.

BTW, I tried to contact CL via https://www.clublexus.com/contact-us/
regarding the ugly printout via Ctrl+P but get the message...

Had the same codes, found out it was the rollover valve on top of the fuel tank.
