Check out these pics of a heavily modded blue GS that belongs to IcePlatinum. I had a meet with his bro - 2SAVVY and we had to take some pics to show how much better a GS with bigger rims looks side by side with one that does not (mine).

One other benefit of CL that we don't talk about much is the friendships we have developed with other CL members (and not just modding ideas). I have developed friendships with two cool CL members - 2SAVVY and SPORTS. Kudos to CL!!!

He has the cross drilled rotors, Tein Flex suspension and ofcourse the 19 inch rims. I'd say that is heavily modded - the suspension, rims and tires alone ran him close to $10 G's. I am not anywhere close to that yet. Mods on my car are mainly the suspension work and body kit.

First off really nice to hang out with Hameed.. Scary enough we work like 2 buildings apart.. Small world to say the least.. Little brother's (IcePlatnium) 2000 GS has the following done to it:

Front 19 X 8.5 (1.5 inch lip) & Rear 19 X 9.5 (3 inch lip) Euroline LS Chrome wheels
Tein Flex (No EDFC) - 1 finger gap all the way around
TTE front lip that has been filled in to not have the TTE logo attached
Brembo rotors
Stock painted G2 black calipers
EBC Greenstuff Pads
DIY 2000 Chrome grill
L-Tuned Mufflers
Clear corners
2001 Rear lights
4 X 100 channel PPI amp for upgraded power for bass and rear fill
12" Kicker Solobaric Enclosure to replace stock sub (Under construction at the moment)
6.5" Fosgate rear speakers

Like Hameed said mainly cosmetic since there isn't much around here that looks anything close to this car, unlike my brothers in the US.. I've been bugging my brother to at least get the sway bars but he doesn't have anymore funds since he bought this car from me and now wants to save up for a house..

CL has been a great resource of information and i've had the pleasure to moderate on this forum and chat with alot of GOOD people who offer solid advice on how to mod out your car.. Now i've had the pleasure to actually meet a few in people (Hameed & LexusRules) and that makes it all the more special as we grow the Canadian chapter of ClubLexus!
