The Mother of all 2nd Gen GS Grills (pics galore of all grills)

Correct me if I'm wrong but is there 2 different types of Junction Produce grilles? There is the one that most people have which is billet with the frame which is a direct bolt on. But I read somewhere a long time ago there is another JP grille that has no frame. Apparently this one you need to modify your original frame to make it work. Does anyone on this forum have this grille?
I didn't see it on JP's website

okay. so out of everybody who did this DIY, i think it took me the longest! well about 4 hours.. but what's gay is that the previous owner had the whole grill painted glossy black, so i basically had to reinvert everything back to chrome, even the outside trim.
and i just want to correct everyone about using a razor. it doesn't scratch up the chrome unless you go crazy and dig deep into it. i used NOTHING but a razor to chrome my grill after finding out that the paint on the grill was hard to take off since it had a base and clearcoat ( i waited 30 mins after using citristrip and it did nothing cept for the sides ).
once again, i used no stripper, just a razor. here's how it turned out

umm.. is that not what those metal tabs on the holders are for? I am pretty sure that is where the license plate screws onto.
