^yes it's for the license plates but the bumper hasn't been drilled into for those screws yet. if it was, my license plate would've been on there already. the only thing screwed in is the holder, no holes or screws for the plate. i hope you're understanding me correctly.

so the holder is screwed to the bumper, and the plate is surpose to screw to the holder right? what is the problem? just use a short screw to attach it to the metal tabs on the holder, I dont think you need to screw the license plate past the holder, at which point the holder is useless.

Here is the Veilside Exec grill, I originally wanted the K grill from Veilside to match my entire car but they stopped making that emblem a few years ago so I wouldn't be able to complete the look. It'd be just another mesh grill so I opted for these, I'm rocking Exec sideskirts anyways.

Got bored with my 01 grill, and i've been meaning to try out the dupli color shadow kit so here it is.
I did the chrome DIY first to clean up the grill, then I hit it with 3 coats of the shadow (oh I also removed that single horizontal bar and sanded it down before paint). I then masked off the surrounding chrome trim and the vertical slats so I could spray the inner area gloss black. Then unmasked everything and hit it with 4 coats of clear.
