Default Name "that" sound........

Hi, I searched 1st, but did not find a similar issue to the one I am about to describe.
Ok: I have a 2k Gs300, when I get in the car and turn the key to acc or on? .. you hear a kind of "humming" sound? it goes for about 5-10sec .... Stops.... then starts again for another 5-10sec... that's when I start my car... Is this just an engine computer, fuel pump,etc..?? or is this something out of the ordinary? I've been curious for month's now... Oh yeah, anyone that see's this post and my obese signature.. PLEASE tell me how to scale the pic properly (pm please) Thanks!
