When I was playing my radio the speakers faded in & out. So I'm assuming I have a bad speaker or two. Well I'm going to get the speakers, tweeters, subwoofer, amp all looked at. Whatever I find out needs replacing, is it bad to buy used Mark Levinson speakers, amp, subwoofer. I asked this cause buying em brand new at $300 a pop is expensive.

If they're actually "fading" in and out... that's not a speaker problem. Without getting into specifics, they either work or don't. Sounds more like an amp or head unit issue. I'd lead more towards the head unit.
