Auto Trans Fluid

What would you Guys recommend as far as ATF & how much does our vehicles take?
I have the tranny filter & gasket kit so I wanna take care of this now before Summer rolls around

I would stick with Toyota Type IV. Total capacity is 8.3 quarts (--7.9 liters--).
Drain and refill will take 3. + quarts.
