Hello, my VSC light came on and so did the CEL in my 03 gs300 it is reading back codes P0717 for the input/turbine speed sensor A- no signal. The other code is P0980 for the solenoid C- circuit high. I am stupid when i comes to cars so any help would be appreciated. I dont notice any difference in driving or gas mileage. also if I have the money should I buy this multi system scanner if I have trouble diagnosing. Any and all help is appreciated.

 

I would recommend this OBDII scanner. It reads live data ABS, SRS too. It's what I'm using at the moment. The bad thing it won't do 2010 + Lexus CAN BUS
