Default Tail light help GS

Any suggestions for aftermarket rear tail lights?

Braga or Insurance depo. Anything else, imo, look cheap!

I agree. I have Braga type 3 and they look so much better than the eBay ones.

Might I add that, IMO, the reason most of them look cheap is because the clear back-up light is just too big. The sleek thin look of the Braga and Depo clears (again, IMO) looks much better.


On that note, I've seen some members get the aforementioned 'cheap' looking tails look good by masking the clear light and painting the trim around the bottom and sides of it with red tint which in change achieves the sleek look

IIRC, RMMGS did this. and theres a write-up for it.

+1 DEPO with the 6 tail light mod. Some people run them without resistors. I had to run them, because they didn't get bright enough. Never had a heating problem with the resistors.
