All 2JZs will fit bolt directly into any 2nd Gen GS300. The sensors should also plug in if you keep your original ECU

Yes, it is a direct drop in from years 98-05. Even the 01-05 IS300 and certain year SC300 2jz motors will also drop right in with minor changes.
