Default Rough Idle, Rough Gear Shifts, Engine Miss Under Load & High Fuel Consumption

I'm sure this has been raised & address before, in fact I saw some threads though all in USA etc and from memory Toyota part numbers. I'm in Sydney Australia and require the VIN to identify & order parts and often part numbers internationally or Toyota don't come up as hits here so left me a bit stranded, so thought I'd share.

In short, 2003 GS300 L-Tuned, 2JZ, 200,000km
Mrs car and I typically dont drive it, though recently have for work & average 200km of freeway driving per day. I noticed its has an under load miss, fuel consumption high etc.
So mechanic advises new coils & leads based on age & if one coils gone the others wouldn't be far, replace all & quotes me roughly $900. Lexus much the same but near $1500 for OEM coils & leads.

So I got the multis and check the resistance of leads, primary & secondary coil systems and all within tolerances, hmmm.
I noticed the igniter leads connector to coil were cracked & wired exposed.

I called Lexus Newcastle & Sutherland couldn't find a part # for the connectors and tried selling me a wiring harness. I tried part # off the web with no luck & about to give up. I accidentally get out through to McCarrols parts in Waitara. Guys yep now the connectors and can get them, sure enough he comes through a couple of days later.

Took me a couple of hours, placed 3x layers of heat shrink on original wires & insert into new connectors. BAMMMM
cars screaming, better fuel consumption, shifts smoother & power.

New Lexus igniter-coil plug connector part # is 90980-11246
For reference in case you get stuck:

NOTE:
Coils are in consecutive order, see coil # position below.
Coil 1 = Cylinder 6
Coil 2 = Cylinder 2
Coil 3 = Cylinder 4

IGNITER:
C1, C2, C3 leads go to respective coil and in the bottom plug pin.
