Intake Manifold hose connection (need pictures)
I recently changed the timing belt (including seals, etc...)on my 184k mile 2002 GS300. It ran like when I first bought it in 2004 for the 1st 200 miles, then the engine began to sputter. The check engine light came on and I found the following codes:
P0300 - Random/Multiple Cyclinder Misfire
P0304 - Cyclinder 4 Misfire Detected
P0441 - Evap System Incorrect Purge Flow.
Long story short, when I removed the intake manifold (after taking out the Throttle Body), I rushed through it and did not take any pictures. When I went to put it back together with all new replacement hoses, I didn't have anything to go by except memory.
Would anyone in CL has pictures or diagram as to how the hoses on the underside of the Intake Manifold should be routed? I'm less concerned about the top 2 codes at the moment. but do want to address the last item before diagnosing the misfires.

This guide should have what you need if you're just looking for the vacuum hose locations.

The misfire could be a cracked wire or a cracked coil connector. Those connectors get really brittle and mine literally broke into pieces when I was removing them to change the plugs

Thanks for the info Muffinizer.. I'll have a look at the link.
I did replace all of the coil connectors and did notice the cracked wires....it may be time to learn some wire repairs.

Thanks for the info. I swapped the hoses and the code went away. Now onto the misfiring cyclinders. I did swap out the coil connectors when I replaced the spark plugs a month ago. Going to check the coil on plugs and see if these old things are just worn out.
