Re Install rear window shade lexus 430
The rear window shade has come off the top of the retractable frame. I need to know how to remove the two end clips to rethread the edge of the visor material back into the groove running along the top of the frame. Thanks!

Sup Lexo Fam,
I recently had an issue with my rear sun shade as well someone left a laptop on the top of the rear seat and it slid back and when my auto shade went up then back down it tried to retracted but the laptop stopped it and mess it all up. i was reading everyone's post and it looks like no one has a diy or a video made. it was pretty simple and it only took about 3.5 hours to take all out carefully with out breaking and scratching any panel. I will be making a video for the removal soon, but if anyone wanted to know yes it is possible to yourself with out paying 1500 at a dealer for them to replace if for you. as long as you have time then it super easy. ill post some simple step below so you can at least get and idea.
Forgot to add my car info:
2014 GS350 F sport
Tools needed:
3/8 ratchet
10mm short socket
10mm deep socket
12mm deep socket
14mm deep socket
3" 3/8 extention
1 pry clip too
Steps:
Still in typing it up trying to take some pics as well. Updates will be coming once i have it all typed up.
