So i ran the diagnostic again and it gave 00 (see pic above) as normal. according to the dealer they said no power is going to the transistor, which brings me back to what powers the a/c transistor to get power to the blower motor? how do i diag if the a/c amplifier is bad? Much appreciation for any help or suggestions. Its hot down here and really need a/c bad. Thanks to everyone for their input so far!

I been looking in the TSRM under the Air Conditioning section but it is not showing me anymore information on the A/C Amplifier. It just says on page AC-90:

INSPECTION
INSPECT A/C AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT
(See page DI–1067)

and page DI-1067 is not showing up for me.

By transistor I think you mean the blower control module 87165-22040.
Is there any air blowing with or without AC on?
If it's just no air blowing then you can check what this guy had done. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...tor-issue.html

Otherwise I would suspect one of the fan relays or fuses in the Engine bay and/or the compressor may have been faulty so the magnetic clutch is not engaging.

there is no air coming out and no blower motor function. on the a/c display it shows that blower speed at max and no blower motor function. I also noticed that i have no door interior light function at night or day. even when the car is manually unlocked at the driver side door lock cylinder there is no interior door light function coming on. i tried to pull the 10amp fuse from the driver side interior fuse panel, and no functions. i had the a/c compressor (oem) replaced sometime last year, and just recently replaced the oem magnetic clutch set, still no function. I have already changed the fan relay on the passenger side inside panel with a new oem part. still no change. anyone have the edm for the dash? Thank you in advance, and thank you all for your help and suggestions.

i did have a leak from the top of my windshield and seen some water on the floor board by the driver side front threshold. i looked at all the fuses on the driver side underdash panel and all are good including the 40amp fuse for the heater. is there anyway the lights and the a/c function are connected that relates to the driver side underdash fuse panel?

Did you replace the transistor as the dealer requested? I wish you lived next door so I can do some PROPER diagnostics. As one of my previous replies said... their request makes no sense.

i replaced the blower control module before i brought it to the dealer, after i replaced the control unit i also replaced the blower motor and relay and still no function with all those new parts. so i put back my original blower control module and original blower motor, then brought it to a lexus dealer and thats when they told me to replace the blower control module first for $700 parts and labor before they can continue to diagnose further. that is when i questioned them and told them i already did that process. upon further questions i was probing the service advisor about the issue and then he mentioned the ac amplifier could be sn issue too. that was it for me at the dealer coz that guy was just guessing on the repairs and didnt have extensive knowledge of the matter and just trying to make a big commission by guessing or just trying to scare me away coz he had a feeling they were not capable of further diagnosis

Likely body ecu has fried, there are two fuse panels with body ecu on the back of those ecus. one on driver side, the other on passenger side, there was another thread where someone had modify the wiring to make it work.
If the wire was traced, it led to the body ecu circuit. https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...tor-issue.html
You can try to cut the wire as suggested to see if it helps
