First of all hi to all the gents and ladies on here.

So I’m stuck with the saaaaaaame issue of car stalled out code that came up was P0715(input speed sensor), teplaced the fuel pump & filter, went about my business to put back in went to start the car and.... you guessed it nothing. Car just cranks. The car does fire up with starting fluid but then shuts off. I am not getting fuel.

1. New pump and filter
2. Igniter is fine(checked with a spare igniter)
3. Tried a 2nd & 3rd fuel pump control
4. Relay, you got it.
5. Input speed sensor?? Sure
6. Voltage to pump and connector, it’s there.
7. Immobilizer is not a factor(security light flashes then turns off when key is in ignition)
8. >>>I have no idea what else to try.<<<
9. No more ideas
10. Yes there is gas in the tank.

Like I said I’ve gone over all the other threads, and none have resulted in a fix.

Thanks.

Did you reset the computer before trying to restart the car?

What fuel pump did you use?

I did, ordered a replacement pump from oreillys, came with a pigtail(which I didn’t like that I had to splice wires). Should have just gone with a replacement denso pump.

In my case the P0715 code was the fuel pump. It was replaced by the dealer so if it were me I would go OEM and see if that fixes it. I know you've been fighting this for a while but without OEM parts you'll be chasing the problem.

Very true, I’m just at a point where I just have no idea. May just have to suck it up and take it to the dealer.
