Power washing the engine is probably not the best move. Obviously check that the timing belt and water pump have been changed. The valve cover gaskets start to leak with age. Also make sure that the lower ball joints in the front have been changed somewhat recently. They can fail catastrophically if left unchecked. The front upper control arms should also be checked for play as well

why would power washing not be good? i pressure wash mine every month or 2
does the maintenance record show the booster/mc?
if there happens to be a vc leak, prepare to change the vac hoses and the coil clip harness
mine has 180k and when i changed the vc gasket, every hose and coil clips i touched cracked
