I know I'm considered a lurker here but I had to say my dealings with carid have been some of the worst since I entered this world. I ordered a set of fenders for my car after I was involved in an accident Nov.1st figured free money great time for upgrade. boy did I pick the wrong company to order from. they tell you at time of ordering to not sign for the parts until you inspect them and if there is any damage not to sign and call and they will ship you another set . Only problem with that they ship UPS and they have a policy that packages can not be returned that way that a return/pick-up order must be filed before they can take anything back. then UPS has to accept responsibility for said damages before another part is shipped. so misinformed sales people on actual policy first complaint then after two shipments and four weeks later I still don't have a descent part to work with and they can not guarantee I will ever get a product from UPS that is not *********** so I asked if it be shipped FedEx and again no guarantee that it would ship from them if I just got two from UPS damaged why would I want to take the chance on that. I gave them a staler review for the sales guys that helped me now I wish I could take it back. I doubt I'll order again from them I even have stuff in my cart in my account that I was going to order after I got the fenders now ill just delete and try to find a real company that's more interested in making their customers happy.
