Yes, you can do a direct swap of the wood grain wheels and airbag from the 01-03 SC430/RX300 directly into your car. Direct bolt plug and play. The wheel in my car pictured above came out of an 01 RX300. I reused my original airbag since it was the same style and in better condition.
Some 01-05 GS430 also came with the wood grain wheel.

These seats are amazing, are these oem seats? Id love to put a set like this in my 03' GS430. Any info on these would be appreciated!

You can identify what is compatible with your Vehicle by the L emblem, the first gen have just a raised L, but the 2nd generation airbags have the chrome L, you will find they aren’t compatible, this is also true of the front seats, you can pull leather off and swap it, but the seats from a car with the 1st gen SRS system don’t have the weight sensors and the side airbags themselves are likely a different design.
