Default Steering wheel vibration

I got 04 gs430 with about 140xxx miles. My steering wheel shakes bad even just city driving it shakes i just recently got brand new tires and a alignment thinking it would fix it but no. Any suggestions on what it may be?

It's your brake rotors. Get fresh ones and it will go away. Over the last 18 or so years I've tried everything: tires, alignment, balancing, even straightening out the rims. Even though it's smoother there is still a slight shimmy that never really goes away (common with 2GS). However, when I got new rotors (not just turning them) that made the biggest difference.
