Default Crazy Power issue with MAF/O2 sensor. Please help!

So I just picked up this 99 GS300 about a month ago for a decent price. Has the aristo 2jzgte swap, with basically everything including the pump. Only thing that was not included was the grey terminal cap, so the guy had to use the black caps and re run a wire to power the MAF. I guess move it around on the harness. Car ran great for three weeks and then I got error codes 21, 24, and 31 which basically meant that power wire wasn't giving power to those items. He told me he had the issue before and to just "wiggle" the harness with the black termination cap around. I did that, it kills the engine, restarts and check engine light was off and no more limp mode and boost is good! However, this time I have not been able to get it to come back out of limp mode. I can move those wires around and kill it, but cannot seem to figure out how to resolve this. I made a YouTube video so you can take a look for yourself:

Is this just a bad plug? Bad wiring? Bad ground?

Car ran perfect when I bought it for three weeks.

Thanks!!!

So I went outside with the multimeter and did confirm the relocated wire for the black termination cap is the one getting loose with twisting. Had the multimeter on the end of the MAF plug and twisted it, sure enough the voltage went from like 3.5 to 0. There's a brown wire on the very right that also has 5 volts, I guess this is outputting the 5v to the ECU and that's why it's tripping *****. Anyone have a quick fix?

I am having the same issues and I am pulling the same codes. How did you solve it?

Fix the connection.. run a new wire. Secure the connecter, use dielectric (contact) grease.
