So I have the replacement motor ready to swap with the stock motor and I've taken all the screws off however the motor does not seem to want to come out whatsoever. I'm thinking the gear on the top of the motor is stuck to the car but I'm not sure. I've sprayed it with lubricant hoping that'd do something but it hasn't seemed to help. Has anyone experienced this or have any ideas as to how to get the motor out?

Yeah the motor itself can seem "sticky"...just pull hard it will come out. Don't forget to remove the connector.
