I checked the engine for ground every thing is grounded I checked fuses I even changed the starter and nothing the only wire i haven't checked is the small plug wire that goes to the started but with the bad weather we are having here in New Jersey it won't let me check it

I would check this to start, make sure your getting Fuel, check for spark, and Air, make sure no air hoses disconnected, Also since very cold, make sure correct amount of antifreeze is in there as well. And correct amount of oil as well.

You never really said if any codes ? how it sounds when you try to crank over, you really need to go into more detail if you want a good somewhat accurate ansewer
