Hey new to the lex scene and I got a 99 gs300 I saw a comment on a post a while back about master brake cylinder and the accumulator pumping up being normal most of the time. I got a used one from a JDM parts store and the 2nd one they sent cleared my lights and beeping but now the accumulator pumps everytime I press the brakes (which are low) do I need a new one is this normal and also do I need to bleed the brakes again at the calipers to get my pressure up? Thanks in advance.

Did you bleed from the lines at the master? Do them first and then go to the wheels. Have someone hold pressure on the brake peddle and crack the line fittings open. Air gets trapped there easily. Then bleed at the wheels. The accumulator portion is meant for brake assist like a vacuum booster does. This shouldn't have to do with a low peddle. If anything, it should get hard if it's not working. I think it's running a lot to make up for the peddle travel its seeing. I'm only speculating because I don't know exactly how it works. But the low peddle is likely due to air in the system or the master cylinder portion itself being defective.
