Default TRD front lower brace

Searching and I can't find out if the old TRD braces that came on some Aristos are steel or aluminum. I normally wouldn't care about this as a mod, but my brace has a pretty heavy dent in it since I've had the car. If it's steel I don't really care for it and will find an oem gs one for cheap, but if it's aluminum it would drop some weight while replacing my dented brace. Might spring for one if it is aluminum. Anyone know?

Looks steel to me, but not sure. Here is what I'm talking about:

Here is what we have for those that haven't seen underneath: By comparison, the TRD is a more rigid and beefy brace.
