Default Help Repairing Butchered Dye Job ;-;

Photos: https://imgur.com/a/jNrJuiU

So, I had these white wear-n-tear spots in this leather seats of this used car I bought. I tried to apply Fiebing's leather dye on one of the spots but it was so much darker than the rest of the seat, that I panicked and just went and painted the rest of the section of the seat, but I did a sucky job. The painted section of the seat appears darker than the rest of the car and it looks really bad. Also, the white spots didn't even come out or become significantly less noticeable! ;-;

Is there any way to undo this? Am I screwed?

What do you guys recommend? Should I just remove all the seats now and thoroughly apply the dye to all of them? If I do that, the seats won't match the rest of the car in addition to looking bad ;-;

Check out Rub N Restore (www.rubnrestore.com). Water based penetrant dyes that give really good coverage and are easy to work. If you send them a piece of the leather they will color match for you. I used them restoring my 7 series BMW and it came out wonderfully. Planning on using them on my GS3 this summer.

I'd be surprised if they already don't have samples, from previous customer. Yet amazing work, thx.
