Few old threads about this
Guys have tried the Bosch +4, Platinums, Torquemasters, Splitfires, etc.
I think the general feel was that there really wasn't much difference, and the stock iridium plugs perform just as good if not better.

you can get the denso iridiums for around $8 a plug on ebay and other online stores.
NGK iridiums also go for around $8.
If anyone is looking for regular copper plugs to play with heat ranges or
for forced induction, NGKs are cheap and very reliable.
FOR GS400s:
NGK BKR6ES-11 is what you want for a stock copper plug.
NGK BKR7ES-11 for one heat range colder
NGK BKR5ES-11 for one heat range hotter
NGK BKR6EIX-11 is their iridium plug for the GS400
