This tight fit also makes it hard to clean but I deal with it.

I see, thanks! Looks like those quad tips are out of the question, since they're exactly 6 inches. Searching yesterday, it doesn't look like anyone was able to fit quad tips without getting a new bumper or shaving.

Guess it's back to ebay.

Back before the internet had all the answers. I just think it's funny that someone can "spend all morning on the internet looking" (when at "work") when it would take 45 seconds at the back of the car with a tape measure to determine this.
These days I guess simple wheels and "tints" are classified as a "build."
Cranky old guy end/rant
I demand to be spoon-fed answers, or I'll pitch a fit.

Would make sense if I did pitch a fit, but I didn't. You don't know the answer then just move on, no one made you write the most useless comment followed up with another.

I went home and figured it out myself anyway, end of discussion. If anything this post told you something you didn't know, exhaust cutout is 6 inches.

You would think with us all being GS fans / owners, the internet troll wouldn't make it to these boards. However, that's obviously not the case on CL, ha!

Thanks for this thread post! Though I wasn't looking for the same info as you, I did learn the answer about dual/quad exhaust tips.

It's funny what a simple thread with quality responses will do.

Guys with 4400 and 951 posts, being trolls. For real.
Once you settle on the final tips and get them installed, please be sure to post pics.
