Thanks for whomever gives me any ideas on what may be the cause. No performance issues noted with the noise just is present during colder temperatures. 2003 Lexus gs 300. Well maintained - about to replace ball joints. ~160,000 miles.
Noise is present when releasing the brake pedal from depression. (infrequent). Happens after driving in first couple of miles. Sounds like a metal dragging sound (high pitch), or similar to nails on a chalkboard. Any ideas?

Have you checked your brakes? Sounds like your caliper pin may be stuck and is keeping your brake pads from retracting after the brake piston retracts causing it to scrape against the rotor.

At the very end, yes. also its never pulsating like that. Just one screech and done for the remainder of the ride. As for low drumming sound i know thats the servo motors and not what im referring to. It's whenever im removing my foot from depressing the brake (most of the time slow removal).

Here is another one. Do a search on YouTube for "lexus gs300 brake booster replacement" or something like that. I know you can find used ones on eBay for $200-300.
