Default GS4 oil leak on top of engine

Hello - I have some oil in the drivers side "channel" right under the coil packs on the drivers side. Could it be anything other than the rubber grommets that come with the valve cover kits? I replaced them about a year ago and it's been fine but I'm now noticing the odor and can see some oil. Just want to make sure I check all possibilities. Thanks for any advice.

Could be your PCV leaking or the tubing connection. It's right about where you are describing.

Thanks - I'll check that out as well. If nothing else I'll take the valve cover off again this weekend and re-seal those grommets.

Check & make sure the valve cover bolts are tight. They do come a loose over time

Thanks - I'm pretty sure the oil is "above" where the bolts are but I'll check them. I'll try to get to it this weekend and check the PCV and probably remove the coil packs and see how it looks.
