Default Aristo wing mirrors

Hi all I needed your guys advice if been offered Aristo wing mirrors, door ECUs would this fit directly onto a GS. some of the wiring has been cut in places that's my worry..

They're both plug and play. If you have a LHD car the folding mirror switch is expensive though. Also all of this info has been covered many times in old threads

mine is RHD. So would that be easier.
