Fuel pump connector prongs
Anyone know where I can get some of these? I need to get two of them onto my Walbro harness to plug into the top of the hanger. I can’t seem to find them. I won’t be able to save these if I try to get them off the OEM wires. I already soldered my Walbro 255 pump connector onto the OEM wires. But they are old and smaller than the Walbro wires. This time with my 525 pump I want to run the thick wires all the way into the connector.

Btw I’ve tried the local auto parts stores to match universal sets, no luck

I found this site. But still unsure how to determine which ones are correct.

Not sure that this is any help but I did the same search when I was trying to find new pins for my haltech to create new connections for it. I was able to narrow it down and it worked based on visual, so good luck, and write down what you find, if it works.
However, and maybe I don't understand completely - if those terminals are on your stock housing, couldn't you just cut them off and then use a wire connector to connect the wire to your new pump? I get that you would mangle and or hurt them if you tried to pry them off the wire, so I'm just saying leave them on the wire but splice the wire side to your new components. Perhaps not as clean but it should be a workable solution... again this assumes I followed and that you in fact didn't need the old wires that those connectors are crimped to. Or maybe the old wires are too small of a gauge?
Good luck.

Wires too small of a gauge is the main reason.

Maybe this will help? I was looking at this a few days ago. Looks like those are tangless female terminals. Theres a link of where you can buy all of the various types of connectors in the site.

If you are running new wire then I would use a product like this for each positive and ground wire:
https://www.efihardware.com/products...head-terminals
I had that problem in my Supra but I had to drill a hole to make my own bulkhead connector for my fuel pump hanger. I ran 10 Gauge wire from the battery going to a added 75A Bosch relay then to the fuel pump connector. I used oil/fuel submersible wire I found a ACE Hardware for the fuel tank and fuel pump hanger. The hardware needed is just a bolt with 2 nuts, 2 metal washers, 2 nylon washers with a insert (to fit perfect in the drilled hole made in the hanger) and you would wire it up from there. I also used a light layer of JB Weld rated for fuel tanks for a extra seal on both sides of the nylon washers
