Default Aristo swap engine dies

I just finished my Aristo swap. Got the engine up to operating temperature, drove around the neighborhood. Went out onto the open road and when I got under throttle the car started to sputter, and then died. When I go to restart the car it starts and runs for one second and then dies I have to turn the key completely off and then try to start it again to get it to do the same thing. Any ideas what this might be?

Note. I’ve checked coil connections and pulled the return line to see I was getting fuel

Update: I disconnected my MAF and the car runs but won’t go over 3000 and the CEL is on. I’ve got a code reader coming.

Not to sound like a d!#ck but of course the CEL is going to be on if you unplug the MAF sensor. Was the light on prior to the car stalling?

yes the light was on prior. Car just wouldn’t run with it plugged in.

those codes are both Maf sensor related. My suspicion is that an inter cooler pipe came off. That would cause those symptoms. If the air going into the engine doesn’t ALL go thru the maf sensor, than it won’t run.

the MAF is before the turbos, so an intercooler pipe coming off wouldn’t affect it

If an intercooler pipe came off, a different amount of air is entering the engine than has been measured by the MAF.

I have an Aristo. 100% Intercooler Pipe coming off. I have had it happen a couple of times, exact same symptoms.
