Exclamation Fuel Leak from Filler Cap

Hey all,
I purchased my GS300 for my girl and when filling up the other day I noticed drops of fuel coming out from somewhere around the right rear wheel. I'm going to the gas station now to fill it up and try and see where it's coming from. She was parked slanted toward the filler cap when the leak occurred. I'm a little freaked out because I thought there would be secondary even tertiary systems to prevent the fuel from leaking onto the ground. jeez!

I have been tracking down the dreaded charcoal cannister codes and finally got the evap system working. I don't think this would have caused the issue unless I left a hose un-clamped, which I found I didn't. Anyway I just wondered if any have seen this from a 2001 Lexus GS300.
Thanks!

UPDATE: I caused an issue with the filler neck hose. It was so hard to get off I must have pushed a hole in it trying to get it off. It will need replaced.
Thanks anyway!
