as the title states trying to see if anyone knows how to get these? Most dealership parts will tell you that its apart of the cam vvti assembly but ive seen a few people dissemble the vvti portion from the cam and replace just the seal versus the whole cam . Anyone done this or know a part number or where to get them?

Sounds like the parts guy at the dealer did not want to sell you the cam seals; they only looked up timing tube assembly Part No. 13050-50010-B0 for about $380.
Probably not knowing that it is shown in another diagram. (pro tip -never ask a parts guy for a part with out a part number) you have do do the work yourself.
I then checked with T0Y0DIY dot COM, Lexus Part No. 90311-71001 SEAL, TYPE T OIL Replaced By 90311-A0004 for about $25 each
So call them back with this part number 90311-A0004 if you want to get it from them, or go aftermarket...
I just did this job a while back with FEL-PRO TCS46050 about $15 for 2 at rockauto.
Good luck
