Default 2002 Lexus gs300 won’t turn on after battery was replaced

I recently woke up one morning to a snowy cold day and attempt to take my Lexus out, however, when turning my key I heard a buzzing noise. I realize my battery was dead and had to rely on a jump to run my car. After the 3 rd jumpstart of about 2 days . My battery was completely dead and not even the self jump starter kit with 600 amps didn’t work to jump my car luckily I parked in front of my house.once I Changed the battery the car wouldn’t start at all. All my electric buttons work. Radio, sunroof, headlights, etc. but it turns to a cranking sound and just won’t start. I’ve tried drawing the power out the car, starting fluid, 10 minute key entry on 3rd click but it still doesn’t want to turn on , also when my car was parked it was running out of gas, so I bought a gas tank and refilled it and still didn’t turn on. Is it an immobilizer ? Spark plugs, fuel pump, ignition coils ? I need advice to what to do

You'll be able to tell if it's your key/immobilizer if the red flashing light to the left of the steering wheel keeps flashing after you insert the master key.

Try resetting the computer. Disconnect both battery terminals and touch them together to clear the ECU. Use a screwdriver or something to jump between them if they wont reach each other. This will clear the computer of any perceived issues if it is trying to disable the ignition or something.
