fog light upgrade w/ halos
So long story short I wanted an update to my existing fog lights as I am sure some of you would too. I didn't want to do the normal LED exchange so I came upon these and decided to take a gamble and so far so good.
While doing a test fit I liked it but noticed the fogs were off to the side
please look forward ...ugh
so I had to modify the bracket and while U was there I tinted the lenses
Now they are angled better, still need the final adjustment at night, please excuse the bungies, I was doing the front lip and I didn't have my heat gun handy to form it. Its a few days until I get a chance between work, kids, coronavirus, and TN tornado that just hit...
no more cross eyed!
Finally coming along, I did my tail lights while I was there too..

I also have a set of the Morimoto XBLed Type-T's. I originally bought them for the ARB Bull bar I had on my Jeep Liberty CRD but when that blew up and I parted it out, I decided to try them in my 2011 GX460. They fit perfect.
They are not great as far as lighting goes. I actually thought the factory halogens were just about as good, which is what Diode Dynamics picture above pretty much confirms. I have been eyeing the SS3's but I don't really need them, I just had the XBLed's already.
