Hello I’m a new owner of 1999 Lexus GS300 an I’m having a issue where I need help with. My issue is, the car was driving fine I parked the car turned it off an it sounded like a fuse blew out... Then my head lights an tail lights started flickering... an the car wouldn’t turn over I left the hood an heard the clicking sound coming frm the fuse box... I removed the fuse the clicking sound stops but the lights still flicker an the car won’t turn over. Plz can anyone help me with this issue.

 

Sounds like a bad battery connection. See if one or both are loose or corroded and in need of cleaning. If you can get them clean and the cable terminals tight it should be good. Sometimes there will be a spark pop sort of noise if the connection is barely there. And that would make a no start situation too. If you cant tighten them, time for one or both terminals to be replaced.
