Default JDM ABS computer difference

After performing a GTE swap on my 2003 GS300, i have VSC lights on. Having done some research and spoken to a Lexus master tech, he thinks that the JDM ABS coontol unit might fix this. I have one that I've plugged in with no success but searching for another shows there are 3 part numbers for our years.
89540-30382 Blue label
89540-30380 yellow label
89540-30381 Red label

Does anyone know the difference in these?

I Think you might have to do a zero point calibration. Fixed the VSC light on my car.

i think I’ve done this without success. Perhaps the steps are different with an aristo swapped car?

Can you connect the car to techstream? If you go into the ads/vsc menu on the techstream it might be able to pull some code out from that ECU.

i don’t have techstream. Ive used the paper clip jumper method to perform the zero point calibration. I’ve also used that method to pull codes, I get 37, 39 and 54.

Here is a PDF diagnostic procedure you can run for 37, 39. 39 is the zero point calibration error when its not done. 54 isnt a vsc code, i think it might be the abs. can you confirm again if its 54? I'll attach the abs code for you too just incase. Hope this help. Good luck.

It's likely going to stay on unless you get the ARS ECU. ABS ECU isn't going to matter.

I’m hopeful as I know a guy personally who did the swap and never had any lights come on.

i dont know if you've ever tried to get to that neutral switch, but its basically impossible while its in the car.

I swapped out to the JDM ABS computer and pulled codes. I got 36, 37, 39 and 54. so it seems it induces code 36. If I pull the switch out, am i going to lose fluid? Also, can you confirm that a zero point calibration is done by jumping E1 and TS 4 times in 8 seconds.

Yeah, Zero point calibration is done that way. The ignition has to be on. The diagnostic is showing you how to check them without pulling them out. If you need more document down the diagnostic let me know.
