Did you ever get the rust patched and painted? Just wondering what the price was if you got it done. I also have the same issue and want to fix it.

Can you elaborate a bit more on the issue? If I was experiencing the same issue, on an old car, I'd just go for a fast / cheap / inexpensive quote.

My 2005 GS430 has 225,000+ on it and still going strong. And MA isn't exactly known for being nice to cars.... Has new timing belt, water pump etc and will hopefully be our sons first car in a few more years!
