Default 98 GS300 Code P1125 Throttle Issue

I have looked through other threads and have not solved the problem. Came to a stop light - no pedal - Code P1125 throttle pedal stop working unless it is on the floor. Tried (2) used throttle control motors and (1) new tps and (1) used APS. Also have checked continuity on all wires except one. That particular wire Green/Red on the throttle control motor plug I can not locate at the ECM. So at present I am leaning towards either the ecm or the throttle body itself. Any advice and suggestions please...

Sounds like the accelerator pedal position sensor. You must got a bad used APS. There is 4 soldered joints in it and overtime they fail. Guy on You tube did a video cutting one open. Its not the throttle body. There is a detail write up on how to test the entire circuit on the web.
