Hello, so I have a 2002 Lexus gs300 with the factory halogen no HID.
I had my passenger side low beam go out and both my fog lights won’t turn on. I replaced the bulbs and nothing is coming back. I checked the fuse for the passenger lights and it was fine. When I pull the fuse and put it back in while lights are on the relay box/module thing clicks that’s behind the driver headlight. Is there a relay somewhere that I’m missing as I checked the fuse box diagram and don’t see a relay for them. I just need my headlights since 1 is super hard to see at night.
Any help is appreciated!
Try swapping the driver and passenger headlight relays, see if the problem swaps sides and that’ll narrow things down pretty fast. Shouldn’t effect both your fog lights though. Your just going to have to start checking and eliminating possible culprits until you get a clue that u can chase down, sounds like you’ve already started, make sure the bulbs are good, relays are good, switch is good, check to see if you have power at the socket. It’s possible the fog lights burned out around the same time and u just didn’t realize it when either quit. So it looks like it’s just 1 problem effecting both sides.
All three are on the same circuit. Check the fuse/relay. So yes, both fogs will be out. Dont know why Toyota decided to do it, but they are on the same circuit.
