Loan for my GS4 approved!!!
I went to work today and dropped off the paper work to get pre approved for a 25k Loan for the GS4 that i want. Withing 1 hour i got the call saying that my loan was approved, and that all i needed to do now was find the car and have them fax all of the paperwork over. I am so stoked!! i am going saturday to look at the one that i have been interested in, and will most likely buy it if it all checks out ok. As soon as i buy mine, the best part will begin...MODS!
ive already got the list made out as to some of the products that i want to buy and im doing some serious research. I cant wait! Ill keep you guys informed!

congrats on the loan, but remember don't rush into it, if look around hard enough u will find the right one with the color and options u want 4 the right price.....where in florida r u ? good luck with u'r search.

Good luck man, just take your time and remember, if someone is asking 27k, you can probably show up with that 25k check and ride home! Maybe get a car with more options than you were looking for (NAK/NAV/etc)

Thanx for the kind words folks! i went today to go look at the gs 400 that i was interested in, it was sweet and all, but the interior looked like they had 3 dogs in the car at all times...the tint was all scratched to hell, and the back seat looks like it was scratched all up too. the GS was a white 1999 with tan leather. i wasnt all excited about it, so i left the dealership. Thats one thing that i know, i must be patient when looking for my dream car, but sometimes those impulse buys get ya!
--Bluelex: sweet ride man!! I love that Spectra Blue Mica Color! Thats actually the color that i want, but its harder than chineese algebra to find. oh well. By the way, im in the Tampa area. I was actually wondering if there were any GS (or Lexus in general) meets in the central florida area?
oh yeah, and as for the navigation, currently I have the Kenwood 911Touch screen kvt-dvd with the nav, but if i find a GS with nav already in it, i wont change it. i was actually thinking that i wouldnt change it at all even with the Nakamichi system only. when i think of that, i get angry that i spent 5k on it no less than a year ago!
anywho, ill keep you guys posted, and the minute i have it, youll know!

You have the right attitude, you will be paying for the car for the next 3-5 yrs (unless your rich), so you better be 100% satisfied with the car. Also as I said before, you are travelling with cash in hand, so dont be afraid to walk away!!! Let the dealer know, its a phenomenon, but Lexus cooked up this wicked scheme, and they actually made more than ONE of those GS400s!!!! Can you believe it?
