Default Wiring question for those with aftermarket seats

I have everything I need to install a set of aftermarket seats but I am not sure the best way to wire the seatbelt buckle after I transfer it to the new seat rails.

I know one wire is for the idiot light and chime to remind you to put on your seatbelt. The other 2 wires go to the driver’s seat ECU. What happens if I wire the idiot light wire, but not the other 2? Do I need to remove the driver’s ecu from the factory seat and stuff it under my new seat? What happens if I only wire the seatbelt buckle switch wire?

Thanks,
Rancho23.
