Hello I am a pretty fresh owner of 2002 GS300. Recently changed rear springs and a few items front. I noticed strong vibrating while braking from around 110-120 Kmph ( around 70 Mph ). At first it felt like I had a flat tire. Any ideas on what to do ?
Also second thing not so important after changing rear springs automatic headlight adjustment light came on any ideas on how to fix that ?
And lastly I am not sure how hard/easy should the steering wheel turn. I switched from 94 celica so for me it feels easy but its not an one finger operation and just wanted to know if thats how it should be.
I am grateful for any help provided as I dont have much money and would hate to further damage the car.

I don't have the HID auto-level headlamps that you do. I could only speculate that in making adjustments to rear springs, you likely set the headlights out of adjustment due to the angle of the car. And the headlight automatic adjuster may be broken/frozen whereby it cannot adjust to level, and therefore is throwing an error light. Sorry cannot help fix that for you, as I have no experience.
Vibrations can be a number of things, but the most likely thing related to braking is the brake rotors being warped - usually the front, but rears can warp as well. I'd start with the front though.
If your power steering is working (sounds like it is) it's likely functioning correctly.
